E/One grinder pump systems are available in many designs and tank capacities — from 265 liters for single-family residential homes to 1893 liters for light commercial applications. Tanks are available in HDPE, PE, FRP or fiberglass.

E/One offers a line of alarm panels for its grinder pump stations. Panels are available with a range of options and can also be customized.

E/One's sewer system lateral kits, often called "curb stops," "boundary kits" or "check valves," feature all components commonly needed to connect an E/One grinder pump station to the sewer main.

IMPELLER VALVE FS-M smooth material flow The FS-M impeller valve ensures the continuous discharge of powders and granules from silos, BigBags or hoppers. This minimizes risks such as blockages or product damage, which is particularly important when conveying food and ingredients. EBRO INFLAS® Reduced wear through inflatable liner The INFLAS® shut-off and control valve features an inflatable liner sealing system. This special design effectively prevents the formation of elastomer abrasion during valve closure, ensuring contamination-free processing of dry and pasty media. INFLAS® DN 80 – DN 600 Simply unbeatable The liner of the INFLAS® is pressurized after the valve disc is closed. This ensures the valve is sealed without the friction between the valve disc and elastomer, unlike with conventional designs. This principle reliably prevents wear on the liner, ensuring contamination-free processing of the media.

SMART BOX FOR VALVE MANAGEMENT Digital Platform for Intelligent Valves Management by EBRO ARMATUREN It has an overview of the relevant parameters at all times, can record operating states digitally and detects faults and failures at an early stage: The Smart Box Unit EBRO SBU IO-Link. In addition to the extensive monitoring and documentation functions, the EBRO SBU IO-Link offers even more. It integrates seamlessly into existing networks via IO-Link, Bluetooth or other standardised interfaces. Commissioning takes place via Plug & Play, so that control or feedback is particularly easy. With IO-Link, Bluetooth LE and secure data transmission with standard protocols, it uses future-proof communication interfaces and is IIOT-ready. The EBRO SBU IO-Link ensures comprehensive data acquisition directly at the valve and data transfer to a wide variety of interfaces. The collected parameters form the basis for all further steps such as automation of the processes as well as diagnostics and analysis of the valve. This can be used to support preventive maintenance measures and thus contribute to efficiency and operational safety in the long term.
