This special design effectively prevents the formation of elastomer abrasion during valve closure, ensuring contamination-free processing of dry and pasty media. INFLAS® DN 80 – DN 600 Simply unbeatable The liner of the INFLAS® is pressurized after the valve disc is closed. This ensures the valve is sealed without the friction between the valve disc and elastomer, unlike with conventional designs. This principle reliably prevents wear on the liner, ensuring contamination-free processing of the media.

In addition to the extensive monitoring and documentation functions, the EBRO SBU IO-Link offers even more. It integrates seamlessly into existing networks via IO-Link, Bluetooth or other standardised interfaces. Commissioning takes place via Plug & Play, so that control or feedback is particularly easy. With IO-Link, Bluetooth LE and secure data transmission with standard protocols, it uses future-proof communication interfaces and is IIOT-ready. The EBRO SBU IO-Link ensures comprehensive data acquisition directly at the valve and data transfer to a wide variety of interfaces.
