FLUX stream800 | prefab off-grid weir automation
The FLUX stream800 is a prefabricated solution that allows a weir to be installed in a watercourse within half a day. The concrete culvert (cast in one piece) integrates everything required for weir automation, both inside and on top of the structure: a tilting weir, sensors, data communication for monitoring and control, and on-site power generation and storage. Operating off-grid—without connection to the central electricity network—the system functions reliably throughout the year. Free trial of sustainable and biological fat breakdown
Start your trial period of sustainable and biological fat breakdown. Non-binding, problem-solving and cost-saving. Are you looking for a long-term solution for recurring blockages, grease accumulations and odor nuisance in your sewerage, pumping station or grease trap? Towards a solution that tackles the grease problem at the source and that also saves costs? Then this could be an interesting pilot for you. Especially if you are open to a green approach based on fat-degrading bacteria as an alternative to traditional maintenance. We unburden you completely in the field of sustainable and biological wastewater management. During a one-year pilot we treat the wastewater with the Groene Vetvreter, so that your wastewater system can function optimally again. Our goal is to solve recurring blockages and nuisance caused by grease and to prevent the development of new bottlenecks – now and in the future. How does a pilot work? acquaintance We come to meet you without obligation and provide information and explanation about our working method and the intended results. We then visit the pilot location to get a good impression of, among other things, the sewer system, the flow profile and the environment. We also ask for additional information, such as flow rates, frequency of cleaning and other bottlenecks. Proposal We then set to work on drawing up a transparent treatment plan for a period of 12 months. We make a proposal, without hidden conditions. What you see is what you get! Performance After approval, we would like to start the pilot together with you and/or one of your employees. We then monitor, inspect and dose the location(s) on a monthly basis. We document the progress and pass on details immediately. After 6 and 12 months, we report the results achieved to you.

FROG Floatswitch NO/NC contact
FROG is a standard float switch with a microswitch for either Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC) signal. FROG comes in 2 versions with either 10m or 20m fixed-mounted, highly flexible cable. Suspension brackets are included in both versions. Applications FROG is designed as a high-water alarm in pumping stations, low-water alarms in clean water tanks, as water on floor alarms and as primary controller for pumps and many other applications.

GBS rotary screw blowers
Peak performance at high flow rates GBS rotary screw blowers set a new benchmark in compressor technology for the 75 to 160 kW power range, with a flow rate from 22 to 104 m³/min and differential pressures up to 1100 mbar. These machines not only feature exceptional control characteristics, quiet operation, an optimised footprint and low maintenance requirements – they also deliver consistently high efficiency across the entire control range. The efficiency of GBS rotary screw blowers remains consistent across the control range, rather than just at certain points – which will make this machine an especially attractive alternative to turbo compressors. This new blower for the low-pressure range draws on Kaeser’s many decades of expertise in the development of highly efficient rotary screw compressors and automation technology, through to smart machines, in order to meet the needs of Industrie 4.0 environments. The new Kaeser rotary screw blowers are up to 35 percent more efficient than conventional rotary lobe blowers, and also deliver significant energy advantages as compared to many other rotary screw blowers and turbo compressors available on the market. Power transmission from the motor to the compressor is via loss-free, maintenance-free gearing, which means that the GBS impresses with its highly efficient operation and low maintenance requirements. What is more, these machines are designed for space-saving installation and exceptionally quiet operation. SFC versions feature an integrated frequency converter for dynamic adjustment of the flow rate to actual demand, with frequency converter and motor perfectly matched to deliver consistently optimised overall efficiency. For power outputs up to 110 kW, particularly efficient synchronous reluctance motors are used. For constant flow rates, the STC version is available, featuring a star-delta starter and energy-saving IE4 Super Premium Efficiency motors.

GEKKO 4G or IoT Datalogger Battery and 12-30Vdc powered
GEKKO datalogger has a robust industrial design. GEKKO can be powered by 2 lithium batteries or an external 12-30V DC power supply. GEKKO is a Danish developed and produced product, and comply with all specifications for electronics components, for installation in harsh environments. GEKKO is designed for use in waste water and water supply applications and can, by means of external equipment, be used for H2S detection, level measurement, overflow recordings and the recording of rainfall events. GEKKO can communicate via standard MODBUS TCP/IP, SMS commands or SigFox IOT protocol. Communication is via the built-in 4G or SigFox modem on its own PCB board. This allows for upgrading the communication platform to future communication forms without replacing the entire datalogger. GEKKO has a USB interface for programming and downloading of data. GEKKO can gather and log various types of data.

Geophone - Aqua M Series | FAST
The Aqua M300 is a portable, acoustic water leak detection instrument. The Aqua M300 includes a clear and concise display panel to view the leak status effectively. 256 free and automatic adjustable filter settings achieve effective reduction of noise interference and therefore offer unsurpassed results. The instrument’s automatic adjustment and filtration of amplification ensures that even the smallest leak is located. Even the most advanced filter cannot suppress all interference noise, because of this some leaks are only partially audible. In these cases, the Aqua M300 is fitted with the ultimate Tracer Gas Technology to locate the leak.

GF Butterfly Valve type 565 Big
GF is expanding its successful 565 series with a new design for larger diameters: the 565 Big butterfly valve, with versions in DN350 through DN600*. Thanks to its PN10 pressure rating, it is the strongest plastic butterfly valve with a short overall length. The 565 Big offers a durable and cost-effective solution for demanding applications such as desalination and water distribution. The existing 565 series has long been known as a lightweight, corrosion-free alternative to metal butterfly valves, previously available in DN50 through DN300. With the introduction of the 565 Big, the maximum diameter is doubled to DN600 without compromising the pressure rating. Even in larger diameters, the 565 Big retains the advantages of its smaller predecessor. The body and disc are made of reinforced polypropylene and polyethylene, resulting in a weight reduction of up to 20% compared to metal alternatives. No other valve combines lightweight construction, a short overall length, and a PN10 pressure rating in these dimensions. Furthermore, the 565 Big is easy to automate thanks to a standard interface for pneumatic and electric actuators.
