The cylinders are made double-acting or single-acting (with spring, spring-opening AFO or spring-closing AFC). The maximum working pressure is 10 bar as standard. The working pressure is usually between 4 and 5 bar. It is also possible to install an air tank with controls on a double-acting cylinder for closing or opening in the event of air or power failure. If necessary, the cylinders can be made as a hydraulic version.
