As a Civil Engineering Trainee, you will gain practical experience in various areas of the civil engineering world. Recent mbo or college degree in civil engineering.

Experience with AutoCAD is a plus
Willingness to travel to construction sites

Are you an experienced Technical Manager in civil engineering or construction who enjoys taking the lead in translating requirements and client needs into a technical design, monitoring schedules and budgets, and efficiently switching between internal and external experts? Then this position is for you!

In this role you will be responsible for managing the design process of integral projects. You will lead a team of designers, structural engineers and consultants to achieve an optimal design. As the connecting factor between all parties involved, you will ensure a streamlined design process with a people-oriented and efficient approach. This position can be filled within both our construction and civil engineering projects.

As a work planner, you are involved in the realization of construction projects from award to delivery. You ensure that the projects are completed properly and within time and budget. You do this partly from the office and partly from the construction site. You will also use your knowledge and experience with our design and tender teams so that we can win new projects. You also think about sustainability, environmental management, design, and safety. Van der Ven is growing, so roll up your sleeves and wear a helmet. Great projects are waiting for you!

You have an HBO working and thinking level, architectural training, or civil technical training, and experience with Stabu or UAV-GC is an advantage.
